Baking A Cake for Special Someone

I have no class today.So i think i should just update my dashboard!!!

To tell you this,cooking is my passion.As i've mentioned before in my previous post under resepi category ,i love to cook and bake.Even sometime,the final product wasnt exactly 100percent good.!!!!Hahahaha..But u know,i really like to try something new..So far,i ve tried to :-

• make bread
• make muffin
• make cookies

Bakery is one of good industry.Probably we as a Muslim really need to beware of the products out there .Need to make sure 100percent is Halal.So,when ur abroad,its hard for you to get the best Halal Cakes .After considering it,i think it is the best time for me to bake a cake for my wife on her birthday.I should anticipate something different from the previous one.

Since,I moved to my new home.I rarely spent my time at the kitchen .Well,i think this is the best time to appreciate what my wife has done .I called my sister in law,and asked the recipe directly from her.I used to eat the cake before in her house and the taste was really great!So yes!!!!! lets bake chocolate cake with PocketroKetman.!Somehow,she asked me to make macaroons but i know woman indulged with chocolate the most.

I was quite nervous preparing for the cake since this is my 1st time doing it.However,i dare to do anything to my beloved wifey.
It took 1 hour + for the whole process.Quite simple and i think everyone especially "men" should try this at home.
Here is the cake and the birthday girl.I havent got a chance to celebrate the birthday on time since we both met.This time,i went to Sydney for Grand Prix.Last year,was the Commonwealth Games.Well,to avoid her from making a sulking face,early celebration is needed.

Happy Birthday to my gorgeous wife.I hope u like the cake .May Allah bless both of us .Insya Allah, you will get a job soon.Just keep on praying and dua forever.I love you so much.Ya Allah, protect our marriage from the whisperings of Shaytan. Give us the strength to live together in justice, equity, love and, mercy.My Lord, let this marriage bring untold blessings to us individually, to our families, and our children Insha Allah.

Muffin Pocketrocketman

ye tuan-tuan dan puan-puan,aku dah ade hobi baru sejak berkahwin ni..iaitu membuat kek,
kuih,agar-agar,kuih melayu tradisional.jika korang sume nak buat tempahan boleh aah
aku nk cari duit sikit nk sare famili aku.....tujuan sebenar aku nk buat muffin ni..saje je nk bagi wife aku ..kesian aku tgk die buat keje siang dan malam....resepi muffin ni aku reke sendiri..
x sangka pulak menjadi.......and sedap gile!!bukan pujian tp itu ialah hakikat...
muffin ni boleh aku bawak bekalan nk pegi komanwel nanti...amacam?ade berani nk buat muffin warna biru mcm aku buat tu?

Berbuka Puasa semperna MERDEKA

Assalammualaikum kepada semua pengikut blog aku,baiklah bulan Ramadan ni aku mcm ade mase sikit nak update blog aku yang usang ni..Sebelum tu,aku nk ucapkan Selamat Menyambut Hari Kemerdekaan buat semua WARGA 1 MALAYSIA.Alhamdulillah,Allah selamatkan negara kita ,Negara yang mempunyai berbilang bangsa yang sentiasa aman dan sentosa.Bersyukur jugak,untuk MERDEKA kali ini,kite umat Islam menyambut bulan kemerdekaan di samping bulan RAMADAN yang mulia.Jadi,untuk itu sama-sama kite menyimpan azam untuk menjadi BANGSA yang MERDEKA!!MERDEKA!!MERDEKA!!MERDEKAA!!

Untuk menyambut hari yang penuh bermakne ni,aku sekali lagi telahpun menjadi suami yang rajin untuk masak sebab isteri aku ade kelas hari ni,jadi,sekali lagi aku offer diri untuk menyiapkan juadah berbuka puasa semperna HARI KEMERDEKAAN ini.Jadi,untuk menjadi orang yang MERDEKA ,aku telahpun mencuba untuk membuat karipap.Sebab hari tu,aku mengidam dan suruh isteri aku buat.di sebabkan inti banyak lagi jadi aku rase nak try buat Karipap itu sendiri...selain itu jugak,semalam genaplah 7 bulan aku menjadi seorang suami..Alhamdulillah,semoga Allah merestui hubungan kami.Amin


Jadi inilah hasilnye....Karipap istimewa dari aku..mane tau nnti aku boleh jual kat bazar ramadan bile dah balik Malaysia...Aku dan wife minat memasak .So lepasni mungkin kami cuba buat kuih lain pulak..!

Homemade DIMSUM and KARIPAP (masakan tradisional orang Cina & Melayu)
Boleh la nk dikire sebagai MAKANAN 1 MALAYSIA.

Alhamdulilah,kenyang aku makan untuk berbuka pose harini.....kalini restaurant yang di jadikan destinasi Jalan-jalan cari makan bersama aku adalah di MAMA WONG's KITCHEN ,HALAL 100 percent ..from Hong Kong ,Kedai bersih makanan pun melazatkan!!!

Antara menu aku berbuka dengan Isteri adalah :Cantonese Sweet Lemon Chicken: memang best!! harga dia pun best 13.50 dolar

Then,kiteorg order Salt & pepper King prawns ..sedap jugak..harga 16.50 dolar

Chicken Friend Rice yang sedap jugak .....8.00dolar

As the appertiser, kiterorg order curry puff ....4.20 dolarMemang sedap kesemua makanan yang ada kt kedai ni..layanan pun terbaik..friendly ..memang puas ati laa......so at least ade jugak kedai Chinese Food halal kat Melbourne.Aku nye isteri suke sangat makan Chinese Food..aku yang x brape suke lame2 suke and boleh layan makanan kegemaran die...
