Trip To Nara-Japan

Arrived at 7 am at Osaka Airport…it takes 2 hours to Nara Youth Hostel..hostel??shit?all of us have to stay in the hostel..?cyclist shoud stay in the hotel.The federation paid 350 usd for each cyclist per day.. previously, we were staying in the hotel..even its 2 star..but still ..HOTEL..!!

After had my lunch,I went back to the tack..and setting up my bike for my 1st training session in japan.however,it was a bad whether..and it was raining all the way..so I decided to do roller for 30 minutes..then,rest

I Woke up and went for breakfast. Then, I went to the track exactly at 9.40 am.
The bus come so punctual..
Anybody who is so late and lagging definitely will go by themselves. Indeed, The Japanese had teach me to be cautious with time..

I woke up just like yesterday. Then I had my breakfast and took the bus. I started the training at 11 a.m like yesterday. I did some warm up,100 m on 96gear then standing ¼ lap team sprint x 2 times.

It was a racing day..”team sprint”..i did some warming up on roller..eddy used 94g and I used 98g while rizal used 100g.Malaysian vs Japanese .Japanese sent the strong combination of riders..one of them is nagatsuka who is the superstar sprinter in japan.He won silver medal during Olympic Athens in the team.Fortunately,We won the team sprint.indeed,it is so unbelievable…!!we never had a chance to win when compete with them.Great performance from us leading to win.Next,we ll race between Chinese for gold-silver tomorrow.

Team sprint final..i used the same gear. Eddy went out so smooth from the gate and gave the good pulled out for me to speed up for 2nd lap. At the 3rd lap,rizal fought against li wen hao.He finished almost the same with other competitor .When reached finishing line,everyone cant even judge who is the winner. so do us ..The crowd was so excited but we were so obscure..It took about half an hour to get the proven from pictures.Unfortuntely,the pictures are proven so that we lost!Indeed,the loosing of
the race wont give me that much impact because I still sastisfied with silver..hellyeahh!

Keirin qualifiying round.i got 2nd place for the qualifying heat right behind watanabe..i went straight to final round..there were watanabe & nagai (japan),choi lee seon (korea),mahmod parash(iran) me myself and rizal (Malaysia)..after the motorbike pulled out,rizal straight to the front to keep the pace up.i still in the middle ..waiting for nagai because I knew he will do something miracle at 1lap..as I thought before,he shoot out after the bell rang.i went out from the seat trying my best to catch him.finally I got the speed and passed him after the final corner even half of my bike wheel was in the air..OMG..i was dreaming..i obtained gold medal for keirin same like last year. shouting and clapping by the crowd totally made me feel honoured.i beat the S1 keirin rider again “nagai,send my regard to fushimi :)”..

Individual sprint day.. “i will try my best to get another gold for Malaysia tercinta..”
I was flying with 98 gear..the weather was so bad.. so cold!!my time was 10.689 the second faster after watanabe..who managed to get 10.605..Bad news, I had to race against eddy in the 1st round to determine the qualification of 2nd last faster.. So eddy decided to give it to me and we just had a light race just to show our tactic and dramatic to audience..,,thanks eddy..!then, I went back to have my lunch and rest!

Road for gold medal sprint was so close...i raced at the semifinal against Tan Qi from china who is a bronze medalist at the previous asian games doha...i raced for two heats which lead me out to win 2-0 victories.
At the final.i raced against Choi Seon from korea who is a silver medalist at Asian Games Doha.I did the same tactic like before and yet, I won the race..it was so unbelievable. I got the gold medal in individual sprind and won 2-0 to choi.. undisputed and undeniable ..i am the king of sprint event in ASIA…azizul boleh..

6 Days With Nonsuch..

Pas hard day kat manchester..kitorang pulang ke tanah air..sampai kat klia at 1st april..xder kaitan ngan aprilfool taw..hakss..yang tersayang(YT) nak jemput tapi xyah ar..ader benda nak settlekan dlu kat msn tuh..
Dari schedule trainning aku,john kasik active rest till aku fly to japan.dat mean aku xyah sentuh beskal langsungla time tuh..john nak kasik rest kaw2 kot..releasekn tension yang mbuku kat diri nih..huhu..
Fly ke japan at 6th April 10pm..so,dari 1st til 6th April tuh aku spent time aku at mas nih ngan my YT jerk..bapak best+masyuk giler..before cam boring jerk biler balik KL..now ader orang nak bwk kiter jln2..bwk kiter memane..mak oih..terang benderang dunia..huhu..
YT bawak aku ke Kampung Baru coz die taw aku suker nasi lemak n limpa goreng..aku makan kaw2 ler..die punyer makanan yg xabes pon aku tibai..cam org kelaparan giler..huksss..tapi mmg masyuk ar..dah lame xpekena nasik lemak nih lagi2 yang original melayu punyer..b4 nih tibai kat mamak stall jerk..tanx lot dear..then YT bring me round2 KL,lepak2 kat hartamas ngan 4G a.k.a adek YT n kwn dier..then g shopping..bowling..bawak makan kat tmpat feveret die..tgk muvie..kapel seat lagi..fuyoo:P..bawak aku g gerai makanan melayu kat Kampung Baru n cam2 ar..fuyooohh..im so hepi lorr..terasa dihargai sgt2..SAYANG a.k.a YT..tanx lot for everything..tanx lot coz appreciate me so much..tanx lot coz dare to do anything 4 me ya...i love u so much darl..
Last day at KL b4 fly to jepang..YT bawak aku g Seremban..guess 4 wat??aper erkk??urmm nak pikir jap..huhu..nak taw per?g jumper family die..her mom&dad dtg jauh2 dari Ipoh dey..rase cuak+gembira+xsabar pon ader..kitorang had lunch kat steamboatnye restaurant n had a cit cat..im so hepi everything ok jerkk..tanx a lot auntie&uncle for da sweet time..hope can meet again..hepi giler aku YT’s parents restui our relationshpJ..
Time balik dari Seremban,traffic jam plak..jam giler lak tuh..aku dah cuak dah..takot tlepas flight..mampos aku..YT nak antar tros kat airport tapi sori sayang,xleh coz luggage x pack lagi..hahaha.giler tol..sume nak wat last minute..xpela,janji aku had a great time wit YT..yeahh..akhirnye aku sempat sampai kat msn an hour b4 gerak..so sempatla packing2..huhu..YT sedih gell,die nak antaq aku kat airport gak,tapi ape leh wat..both us sedey gilo..cam nak bpisah tros jerk..padahal pi jepang kejap jerk..biaselaa..dah sayang giler.kan?kan?sayangkan?:P
Aku akhirnyer sampai kat KLIA..ngah sebok settlekan hal luggage nih tak prasan ader col+text plak..dari YT plak tuh..aku bace text2 die..terkejut berok aku..YT excident kat MRR2..damn..die perlukan aku..aku xder ngan die..shes craying..omg..aku dah resah+serba salah..mau jer aku g sane tapi nak g ngan per..sayang,maafkan i coz xleh ader ngan u dat time..im so sori..dalam flight,aku asyik pikir pasal YT jerk..camne die skang..ok or x..arghhh..rase sgt2 bersalahL..papepon..i love u so much darl..sori coz cant be by yourside dat time..u are nonesuch

World Championship Manchester 2008

Coz terlalu sebok ngan travelling..tournament & trainning..tlah aku abaikan blog nih..sori erk..tak der mase ler..secara kesimpulannya..tournament terakhir yang disertai iaitu world champonship telah menjadi kayu pengukur prestasi dan tahap aku dan rakan sepasukan..
Event team sprint bermula dengan sedikit kesilapan dimana edrus@eddy bermula terlalu awal dan kitorang terpaksa restart di akhir team list..sekali lagi eddy melakukan kesilapan same pada second trial yang menyebabkan team kerugian beberapa point second..josiah bengang giler ngan eddy tetapi ape nak buat..biasela dey..manusia tak lari dari kesilapan..lagipon ini first world championship bagi die..cara josiah tampak salah,main marah2 jerk..buat eddy down..cut da crap
Event sprint lagi gempak..aku datang ke velodrome manchester ngan sedikit ngantuk coz xlena tido smalam..banyak pikir kot..hehe...from start list..josiahnye turn dulu dari aku..so ader pluang nak tgk time die..tup,tup..die fly 10.352..break national record yang aku pegang..dalam ati aku,aku set yang aku leh wat lagi baik.aku leh break lagi record tuh..tibe time aku fly,aku start sdikit lambat yang corner shot yang aku amik pon silap skit..adtoii!!abis jer kayuhan,aku rase yg time aku sure slow..aku cam xpuas ati jerk ngan kayuhan aku tadi..dan..dan tgk scoreboard..aku wat 10.160..mak oih..terkejut beruks aku..gilo..bukan calang2 orang leh wat 10.1..cepat benor aku improve..big jump..from list tuh,aku yang kesebelas..secara automatik aku layak ker 1st round and josiah plak tersingkir & gagal ke 1st round..
1st round aku race against adrei vynokurov dari ukraine..from speed mmg aku power dari die tapi aku kena ingat ar..die experienced rider..lame gile dah die dlm arena world cycling nih..tapi ape2 pon aku tetap wat yang terbaik..malangnye,taktik aku blom khatam lagi..stil byk kene blajaq..aku kalah..
Event keirin plak aku dlm heat yang tough bagai haram..all world champ n world cup champ senang citer sume kuat2 ar dalam heat aku tuh...tapi alhamdulillah,aku tetap menang & ke 2nd round..josiah gagal di 1st round begitu juga di repecharge..2nd round,same gaks..tough giler..tapi sayangnye,dsebabkan position yang salah,aku stuck at the middle..tak dapat sprint ke depan..still need learn more da best tactic..
Anyway..im still satisfied with my performance at the world championship manchester..
